The Future Delivery Leader™ · Inaugural Cohort
The eight-week career-development experience for working project professionals ready to become technically fluent, AI-enabled delivery leaders—without becoming engineers.
Applications reviewed within 2–3 business days. Program begins September 22, 2026.
The market has changed
Project roles are becoming more technical, more product-focused, and more AI-enabled. Collecting another random certification is not a career strategy.
You have years of professional experience, yet increasingly technical job descriptions leave you questioning where you fit.
You have certifications or are considering more, but there is no clear strategy connecting them to the role, income, or future you want.
You know how to get work done, but your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and professional story do not fully communicate your value.
A career built to keep growing
“Back in 2020, I was earning $75K. This year, I’ve been promoted to a role earning $150K. The skills and confidence I gained through MJ’s training continue to open doors.”Carolyn Drzewiecki · Former PMP Student
This is bigger than exam preparation
You will learn how modern delivery works, how technology connects, how AI strengthens your work, and how to position your experience for the future.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Testimonials do not guarantee certification, employment, promotion, or salary growth.
The Future Delivery Leader Framework™

Meet your coach
I arrived in the United States as an Afghan refugee and began my professional life earning $24,000 a year. After college, I was laid off and had no idea what came next.
A referral opened the door to Booz Allen. Networking later helped me move from a $45,000 role into technical project work. Then another layoff reminded me that no title or employer could guarantee security.
I kept learning. I built my network, earned my PMP, developed technical fluency, and learned to lead technology projects with confidence. My salary grew from $92,000 to $180,000, and I built a training business that reached $1 million within four years.
Today, after 16+ years in IT project and program management and helping more than 1,000 professionals pursue PMP certification, I know this: your career cannot depend on one credential. It must be built on capability, relevance, relationships, and a strategy.
That is why I created The Future Delivery Leader™.
